Commissioner must be at LEAST 18 years of age.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I am uncomfortable doing.

The commission will only be started as soon as the invoice is sent and paid for in full. I only accept payment when I can get started within a week of sending the invoice.

If the commission is cancelled midway, regardless of what amount of the work is complete, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded, UNLESS it is completely my fault for missing a defined deadline.

Rough Timeline: Major changes are allowed at the sketch phase. I will send a mid-stage progress update, depending on complexity of the project, at which the commissioner may ask for changes. Only very minor changes will be allowed after the final product is delivered.

There is a privacy fee if the process cannot be streamed or the work in progress cannot be posted. The privacy fee is 10% of the total amount charged.

Currently, there is NO separate commercial fee. The fee is a part of the base price.

Do not resell my work in the form of merch or physical prints without asking for permission first.

There are no rush requests.

Commissions are NOT first come first served.

Please Credit me in your Twitch panels or bio section of any social media platform that the artwork is being used on.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to allow the final product to be posted on residentlemonj's socials and carrd portfolio. I reserve full rights to my work.

Using the artwork for artificial intelligence related projects or selling it as an NFT is NOT permitted.

Reference images for pose and background OR emote examples. Detailed descriptions for certain emotes is acceptable. Usually, having more references will be more helpful for me.
